    Representative Experience

“…architecture should serve and inspire the user…”

Dan BeyerDan, senior project designer and project architect at Continuum Architects + Planners, has expansive professional experience working at architectural firms throughout the country on a variety of world-class projects. Dan's goal has been to bring this experience to his hometown, Milwaukee, and apply it to all of his projects, regardless of size.

Dan is a strong member of the design team in all of his projects. He generates ideas quickly and communicates them with ease through hand sketches and computer generated drawings that holistically address the client’s needs and challenges. He is involved with the detailing and coordination of architectural work to ensure the initial design ideas come to fruition.

What do you like best about being an architect?
Every project is different.  There are new issues and challenges to resolve every day.

What made you want to be an architect when you grew up?
Mike Brady! Not really, I just liked to draw.

One great thing about working at Continuum?
Three flights up, no elevator! I get exercise just by coming to work.

What do you love about Milwaukee?
The lakefront and the parks.  Kopp’s and Real Chili’s.  Saying bubbler without anyone looking at you funny.
