Falamak, a principal of Continuum Architects + Planners, is responsible for the financial management of the firm, programming, design, construction documentation, and project management.
With over eighteen years of professional experience, she is not only
an excellent programmer and designer, but also creates detailed
construction documentation. She manages many of the firm's projects
and is a mentor to younger staff members.  Falamak
also developed an expertise in guiding her clients through difficult
board of zoning and historic designation processes.
Her many projects include development of urban housing, community schools, healthcare, retail, office facilities, and mixed-use developments. Falamak brings high standards to all aspects of the architectural process. The rare ability to integrate large planning concepts with intimate construction details enables her to work hand-in-hand with the client and the construction team to ensure on-time, on-budget implementation.
