The Burleigh Street Community Development Corporation (BSCDC) purchased a condemned bowling alley that was owned by the City of Milwaukee and replaced it with a 15,000 SF mixed-use building. This site is in the heart of the Sherman Park Business District and follows the West Burleigh Street District Plan.

| This new building is located along the street edge with parking in the back, thereby reinforcing the urban edge. Tenants for the first floor include a sandwich shop, a women's exercise center and a graphic design firm. The second floor will have a community hall and office space. The exterior of the building extends the character of the traditional street fabric.
