The goal of this project was to renovate and preserve the 100-year old building while at the same time upgrade the major building systems and provide ADA accessibility. The scope of work includes new interior finishes, upgrades to the existing toilet rooms, repairs to all existing damaged walls and doors, new heating and cooling systems, electrical service upgrade, and replacement of all exterior windows with new energy efficient and historically compliant windows. The detailing focused on restoring existing doors and wood moldings in a style that preserves the historical integrity of the original finishes.
