| Saint John’s on the Lake, an active adult campus is expanding to include an additional 100 residences to its already very successful retierement campus. The new high-rise building will be 21 stories tall and will be connected to the existing buildings via a shared town-center. This town center acts as link for both the new and present residents while providing amenities to the entire site such as a wellness facility, multi-purpose room, art gallery, and a semi-public bistro. The existing building also has much to offer with a fine-dining restaurant, library, spa, and a salon. The new residences will range from 1100 to 1800 square feet with a few larger sized signature units. In addition, Saint Johns provides its residents a life care program which guarantees services at the care center's assisted or skilled living neighborhoods.
