Project Overview

Ideally located on Milwaukee’s lower east side, this wood-frame rowhouse includes five three-story, custom-designed condominium units. The front of the building, positioned along the street’s edge, is buffered by green space, small porches, and carriage walks. The first floor is elevated by a half-sunken parking garage accessed from the back. Each unit has a two-space private garage with room for storage. The first and second floor living spaces have 10’ to 16’ high ceilings and include two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A combination of rich chocolate color brick and cement fiber board siding are accented with anodized aluminum trim as an alternative to traditional siding. Along with the large windows and over-sized balconies, these materials create a clean and non-conventional look.
