In keeping with Continuum’s mission to elevate clients and communities, we are excited to be part of the team creating multi-family housing at the existing historic Blommer Ice Cream Company at 15th Street and North Avenue.  The project is comprised of a total of 64 mixed-income units as well as 2,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.  The existing historic Blommer building, built in 1928, will be converted into one- to four-bedroom single-level apartments.  A new three-story building next to it will boast three-to four-bedroom two-story townhomes, with the commercial space on the ground floor.
