This tower with 85 units of market-rate housing will be built at the north side of Milwaukee’s business district to meet the needs of young professionals. The 13-story concrete frame building is comprised of four stories of parking and nine stories of residential units. The parking level façade is a creative interplay of metal panels with various colors and the top level includes a roof garden making a valuable amenity that also mitigates the impact of the tower’s height. All 85 units are one bedroom or studios with modern amenities and panoramic views. The glass walls of the living room and bedroom are activated by a balcony accessible from both rooms.
The building’s corner lobby is a welcoming space with double heights and soft light leading to the public café. A grand open staircase connects this lobby to the spa and the fitness room and a high technology lounge in the upper levels. A party room and a kitchenette overlooking the rooftop terrace with deck furniture and outdoor living room design create a highly desired feature in luxury apartment housing.Get in touch
