Continuum has always served non-profit organizations and their needs in order to  give back to the community . Our diligent design effort affects our community and our lives by developing empowering environments.  Next Door Foundation, in celebrating its 50th anniversary,  embarked upon a major fund-raising campaign with a strong desire to spread the awareness of the importance of early childhood education. To update the school facilities and its programs for next five years, with support of local leaders and an external resource, new finishes will be applied to all common areas, from new flooring to lighting and painting. Themed redesign of the children’s library, interior play spaces, a kid’s kitchen, parent lounge, and a redesign of the current lobby space and reception desk are also anticipated. Fresh finishes and the incorporation of natural light by inserting borrowed light windows into dark interior corridors, will connect the space to the outside.  The Next Door Foundation is committed to improving literacy and school readiness for children under the age of five via early education services; having a bright, interactive environment is crucial to providing this.  In addition, exterior renovations will be made to match what Continuum recently designed for their Capital Drive location.
