Williams Bay School Reimagining / Williams Bay, WI

The former Williams Bay Elementary School at 139 Congress Street was designed to be converted to a luxury-hospitality function in Lake Geneva. The Clubhouse and Airbnb units are envisioned in both older and newer existing structures as a getaway heaven near the lake. Meticulous interior finishes and incorporation of a private art collection were part of the client’s vision for this transformation.
