Continuum worked with the developer to determine how to best balance the site and building/unit mix. After determining that the site could accommodate 148 units, design started that incorporated a liberal use of windows and outdoor, private balcony spaces. This development is one of the first in its location, responding to Green Bay’s suburban demand for new housing that meets a higher standard for multi-family living.
