Continuum and The Mandel Group collaborated on this thoughtfully designed residential concept that responds to the changing lifestyle preferences of today’s renter. This project will replace a city-owned parking lot with 157 mixed-income apartment units.

The new mixed-use development in the heart of Wauwatosa’s business district will include a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with ground level parking for both public and private use. Amenities such as Underground parking, Rooftop patio, Community room and kitchen, Fitness room, Pet Spa, Café/lounge, Bike repair, and Electric vehicle chargers are included in the project. Being in the heart of the village center, these amenities will provide a rich variety of social and lifestyle opportunities for its residents.
