Kenosha Innovation Center / Kenosha, WI

The Kenosha Innovation Center is a collaborative center of innovation and excellence. The Center is a catalytic project and driver for the Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood, a mixed-use master plan that transforms a vast vacant site for the American Motors Factory into an integrated, equitable and inclusive community, combining technology and nature. It functions as a hub where educational institutions, residents, city and industry leaders, and entrepreneurs come together in an interactive and engaging setting.

The center is organized around the Innovation Hall, a central space that includes a welcome center and café. This is the heart of the building – where programmatic spaces such as Incubator spaces, Coworking spaces, Entrepreneurial Development center, and event space are strung together to create a thriving community forum. This creates a regional destination where users have an opportunity to learn about the history of Kenosha, interact spontaneously with other users, and participate in the future transformation of the City.
