Mitchell Building |  Laughlin Constable Offices / Milwaukee, WI

This six-story building, constructed in 1876, is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Laughlin Constable creative agency occupies six floors. Continuum designed the interior renovation to create a 9,800-square-foot open office environment with large, intimate meeting spaces, kitchenettes, sound, and video rooms. The project also included exterior repairs of the light court with an addition of a suspended deck inserted between the court’s two wings. In addition, Continuum submitted the necessary documentation to state and national historic regulatory entities, receiving approval for the renovation design.
