Natural Resource Technology’s (NRT) environmental engineers and professionals provide environmental investigation, engineering, and remediation services.  With Milwaukee’s growing focus on water technology, they wanted to relocate their Pewaukee office to downtown Milwaukee. Conscious of their image, NRT wanted a space that reflects their environmental awareness. After viewing several properties, they chose a 15,000-square-foot space in a LEED-certified building.

Continuum provided programming, design, and construction documentation for the build-out and presented three interior design concepts. Each scheme created a strong counterpoint to the existing wood structure and cream city brick, while communicating NRT’s brand and identity through creative space layout and finishes. The open office space includes collaborative niches such as the lobby/conference area and the training room/cafe area.
