Outreach Community Health Center / Milwaukee, WI

Outreach Community Health Center (OCHC) provides quality, affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health care for underserved communities throughout the Milwaukee area. OCHC originally operated in two distinct buildings at separate locations on Capitol Drive and wanted to consolidate into one location.

OCHC engaged Continuum Architects to conduct a study to explore the spaces and systems required for an addition that will support current and future needs at a single location. The new addition enables all staff and operations to provide an improved working environment and more unified service delivery to clients. These improvements help support the mission of OCHC to ensure that men, women, and children in the Greater Milwaukee Area receive the high-quality health care, behavioral health, housing, and supportive services that they require.
