Poths General Apartments is a master planned community representing a unique opportunity for the City of Franklin to redevelop an underutilized, dated strip mall and deteriorating parking lot into a high-energy, thriving public town center adjacent to new commercial and residential uses. Located along the 76th Street corridor, Identity beacons welcome as you enter an exciting public realm, envisioned as a town center to include a variety of public uses weaving together green space and fully programmed uses, to include weekly farmers markets or winter holiday markets, a large screen for community movie nights or a small amphitheater for a concert series. Our plans show an ice-skating rink that creates a four-season destination, and a food truck court includes adjacent enclosed kitchen and public restrooms.
Approximately 500 Luxury Apartments contained in a variety of four to five-story buildings. Roughly 20,000 square feet of commercial and retail, a mix of restaurant, brewery and coffee shop vendors including a 50-key Boutique Hotel, including roughly 300 surface stalls to serve the public and commercial uses. Our site planning currently contemplates building around and preserving all wetlands.
