Stemming from recent investments in the Village, this development along one of its main thoroughfares seeks to complement nearby new healthcare facilities as well as incoming manufacturing developments. It provides a mixture of single-family lots, townhomes, and multi-unit apartment buildings. The concept plan transforms former farmland into a residential destination with walkable roads and public green spaces.
A central boulevard draws both car and pedestrian traffic through the development, leading towards a large green square at the southern end. Several options were created, incorporating different approaches to connecting to a proposed road that would link Spring Street to Washington Ave in the south.
