True North Commons / Racine, WI

This multi-tenant new construction was designed to house Starbucks in mind along with two other tenant spaces, with the O&H Danish Bakery ultimately finding a home in the adjoining space. The largest tenant space (Starbucks) is located on the north end of the building which was designed to accommodate a drive thru oriented business. Since there is a drive thru service, the drive thru lane wraps around the back of the building.
