Williams Bay School Reimagining / Williams Bay, WI

The former Williams Bay Elementary School at 139 Congress Street was designed to be converted into luxury hospitality function on Lake Geneva. The Clubhouse and Airbnb units are envisioned in both older and newer existing structures as a getaway heaven near the lake. Meticulous interior finishes and incorporation of a private art collection were part of the client’s vision for this transformation.
