Project Overview

This Victorian two-story residence from the late 1800s with finely crafted woodwork and stained glass doors and windows was converted into a unique, modern salon and spa.  A 1,000-square-foot, one-story addition pushes the front of the building closer to Kinnickinnic Avenue giving it a presence on the street and improving pedestrian access.

An introverted indoor/outdoor space creates the needed privacy for spa services.  It includes a terraced garden along with cascading decks along with a fence for privacy.  The design seamlessly adds modern touches while maintaining its Victorian character.
