This proposal seeks to improve an old park and ballfield in the heart of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Continuum was approached to design and program a new, modern housing development with almost 200 units. Knowing the land’s history, Continuum made an effort to preserve a great deal of greenspace, landscape it, and leave it open to the public. In addition to the park area, the main feature of this project is the central “town square.”
This town square will serve as a place for people to gather not only from the apartments, but from the surrounding community. A large paved area is an ideal place for an outdoor farmers market and could host weekly music events during the summer months.
The units would include a mix of studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom units with views of the surrounding greenery and public square.Get in touch
